The sun was shining, the sky was blue, and school didn't completely fry my brain. Today was a beautiful day.

School was relatively successful. We finished the last part of our calculus final today. It's a little worrisome that the scores are being curved based on who was the highest scoring, the next highest, etc. Let's just hope I don't have one of the lower scores. Chemistry will be nothing but review for the next week, so we can prepare for the AP test. After that, nothing but kickball and relief. Once again, another great lesson in seminary. My class has a tendency to veer off the topic of the prepared lesson, but at least we still stay on gospel related topics. As long as we feel the spirit, it's worth it. My speech went well today. A+! I hope my mom is okay with that score. I wouldn't want to disappoint her or anything.

After school, I chilled for an hour or so, suddenly became tired of boredom (lack of Facebook), and started my homework. I don't think I've ever finished my homework before eight this year. Crazy! I went home teaching and watched Down and Derby with my siblings when I got home. It's soooo cheesy.

And then the thunderstorm hit...
May I just start out by saying, "I don't know what I'm saying". This whole blog may turn into endless rants about school and the stress it creates. I'll try to keep up to date on this whole dealio, but I make no promises.

AP classes kill. I have two weeks before I take all three of my tests and my whelm is currently overflowing. I try to stay positive, but when I see 12:00 on my alarm clock and it's the am type, I tend to get a little negative. To make things worse, I'm giving a persuasive speech tomorrow. My topic? Why students should take AP courses. Yeah, funny. Not!

In other news, I deactivated my Facebook again, so I can get serious with studying. I didn't realize how much of an addiction it was until I pressed the deactivate button. I keep having urges to go  update my status. I won't cave though. I WILL be Facebook free for more than two weeks.

My addiction recovery program is supplemented by the fact that the sun finally came out. Now that the ice has melted, I can pull out my trusty unicycle and attempt to join a circus. (I might resort to that if the whole AP thing doesn't work out.)

Maybe I should stop typing and start studying...
Wow! Let me start off by saying how much faster I get my homework done without Facebook to distract me. It is awesome. Tonight, my homework was done by 7 and I was ready for bed by 9. Usually it's 12 or 1 in the morning before I get to snuggle up in my footies. I don't have to read any more posts on what people ate for dinner or how much the love their bf/gf. I honestly don't care. Also without the extra time on Facebook, I had time to solve a rubiks cube!

The moral of the story is: "Deleting Facebook gives you time to write on a blog".

Is it just me or does it seem like the school days are getting longer? The huge projects and "studying" for tests are really starting to mess with my sleep patterns. On the upside of things, it finally got nice outside. No more snow in May! I am super excited for the long summer days of sleeping in, making short films, and hanging out with friends.

By the way: It's Friday!
